Dylan Blyuss, born to a middle-class family in 2001, seemed destined for a white-collar career, thanks to his mother’s dedication as an English teacher and his father’s tireless work as a software engineer. However, Dylan’s ambition and desire for independence led him down a different path, instilling key business principles that now form the foundation of his burgeoning sales agency empire.
As a teenage entrepreneur, Dylan’s outlook on business and entrepreneurship evolved significantly. His first week as a newspaper courier made it clear that a conventional job was not for him. The lack of independence and freedom, coupled with a desire to bring true value to the marketplace, steered Dylan towards entrepreneurship. At 16, he began washing windows to earn extra cash. Soon, he incorporated door-to-door sales into his routine, eventually hiring friends to handle window cleaning while he focused on sales. Within months, Dylan was generating $15,000 a month, realizing he had discovered a lucrative niche.
Recognizing the burgeoning online education market, Dylan saw an opportunity to support online educators by building remote sales teams to sell their programs and products. Today, his team is responsible for over $30 million in sales. His next goal is to scale World Class Sales Agency to $100 million in sales, creating over 100 remote sales teams for businesses, coaches, entrepreneurs, and consultants. However, Dylan doesn’t measure success solely in monetary terms. He believes, “People over profits. There’s a certain level of happiness when you do it yourself, but there’s a whole other level of happiness when you help others make it happen as well.”
